I'm planning on getting one for someone for Christmas and I'm wondering when is the best time to buy. I'm looking at probably getting a 32". I've looked through black friday ads and the best is around $400 but that's for an off brand. Will they be lower right before or after Christmas? Also anyone know any great deals currently? Thanks!
