Should I go with Toshiba Flat Screen TV or the Inisignia FSTV?

So I'm looking to invest in a flat screen TV after being with my big bulky tube for the past couple of years and I think I may have found two reasonably priced pieces that are a decent size and deliver a good picture.

OR

I heard somewhere that Insignia sucked and it doesn't deliver what it should in a tv, but I really dig the DVD Player combo in the TV. From what I've read in Customer Reviews the Toshiba is a better buy...
