Samsung 52″ LCD Problems III (New)

Samsung LCD 52" Flat Screen HDTV. Model # LNS5296DXXAA, Serial # AGM23CFP200201L, Version # SP01. Everytime i go to turn the TV on the Pic blacks itself out. This has to be turned on and back off several times to get a picture. Samsung Nor Best buy has fixed it yet despite multiple calls and tech visits.
