Bolt won’t come loose! New flat screen bolted to TV stand and I need to get it back off again! Help!?

I just bought a new flat screen tv and tv stand to bolt it to so the kids wouldn't accidentally knock it down. I realized when I put the bolts in that the tv could be placed higher after i got to looking at the back of the mount. The only problem is...one bolt would come back out and the other turns and turns, but never comes loose. It just keeps turning in place and wont come out. I've tried placing pressure on the bolt and the mount, but even that doesnt help. Any suggestions? I know even if I leave it like this that there is a chance I will need to remove it in the future if we move. I can't believe it won't come free. Ahhh, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
